#COVID 19 WE ARE THE PREY BOOK WINDOWS#
We’ve enhanced the cleaning measures we already have in place but we’re asking you to help us and yourselves by not touching fences, barriers, signs, windows and protective screens. We’ve also added additional hand sanitising stations so you’re never too far away from somewhere you can sanitise your hands. We’ve plenty of handwashing stations across the Farm with soap and hot water so please wash your hands regularly during your visit. We are able to amend your tickets to another date providing we have adequate notice, this will incur a £2 fee per ticket. Please note our tickets are non-refundable.

During busy periods, we may not always to be to accommodate late arrivals. Please try to arrive at your booked arrival time. Pre-booking allows us to control visitor numbers and staggered arrival times means we can reduce crowding at the entrance, so you won’t find yourself waiting for a long time in queues. It is not essential to do this, but you will receive an online discount which cannot be offered when paying on the gate. Before you visit, you are able to pre-book your tickets on our website. We’ve restricted our visitor numbers to provide even more space for you to enjoy a socially distanced day out at Whitehouse Farm. This is all new to us, however we can ensure you we are working hard to keep on top of all the guidelines and make a visit to the farm safe and enjoyable. If there are any suggestions you have or anything you see during your visit that concerns you, we’re asking you to please speak to a member of our staff who will be pleased to hear from you.

We’ve followed various government and industry sector guidance and we’ll be staying on top of changes as and when they’re introduced.
